Our Standard Terms and Conditions

In the event the wrong shipping option has been selected ie: if the delivery is not for the areas covered by our Free shipping offer and free delivery has been selected at checkout, the customer will be contacted to resolve the order situation by phone and/or e-mail.. If the customer can not be contacted before the due delivery date then the order will be processed to save any disappointment and the correct delivery charge will be added to the order value and deducted from the customers credit/debit card.

FLOWERSDIRECT NETWORK: As part of the FLOWERSDIRECT NETWORK, flowers for delivery outside Lillies Florist in Caerphilly Florist area will be supplied, arranged and delivered by an authorized member of the FLOWERSDIRECT NETWORK.

Illustrated Products & Substitution: Products are supplied as illustrated to the best of our ability. Lillies Florist in Caerphilly Florist and FLOWERSDIRECT members reserve the right to substitute flowers with similar where an item is not available.

Please Note: Our Gift Vouchers can only be used online or at our shop (S) once and therefore any remaining credit cannot be carried forward.
